Effective August 21, 2026
By creating an API key or calling the BuyerAware API or MCP server (the "Service") you agree to these terms.
BuyerAware provides automated, desk-based analyses of used-vehicle listings and a database of lower-risk vehicle platforms, delivered as structured data to developers, applications, and AI agents.
One trial key per email. You are responsible for keeping keys confidential and for all usage under your keys. Do not share keys publicly or embed them in client-side code. We may suspend keys used for abuse, scraping, resale of raw output as a competing API, or unlawful purposes.
Verdicts consume one credit each; Tank database lookups are free. Credits are purchased in packs through Stripe, do not expire, and are non-transferable. If an analysis fails on our side the credit is automatically refunded to your balance. Purchased credits are refundable in cash within 14 days if unused; write to us.
Do not submit content you have no right to share, attempt to reverse-engineer the analysis prompts, overload the Service, or use it to discriminate unlawfully against any person. Relay our disclaimer to end users when you present a verdict.
Verdicts are estimates produced from listing data and public information. They are not a physical inspection, appraisal, warranty, or professional advice, and can be wrong. The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuyerAware's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.
We may update pricing, features, or these terms; material changes will be posted on this site. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
